Well I havent been on for about a week. OOPS!! The academy has been so busy doing all sorts of fun things. This week the seedlings talked about bubbles. Well they just listened to Miss Stephanie talk. She did some fun art stuff. One day she put food coloring in a cup with soap and water and blew bubbles. The colorful bubbles fell out of the cup and landed on the paper. It was awesome. The babies loved it. The sprouts made one of they're buddies Kaydon a birthday card. He turned one on the 18th. Miss Weech and Miss Horn helped them make the card, they used they're fists and fingerprints to make flowers with they're names on them. Kaydon sure loved it.
The Pinecones, Twigs, and Elms had a special visiter who told them all about the Chinese New Year. Today they put on a Chinese New Year Parade. Miss Koch and Miss Joslin helped them make a dragon out of paper bags and construction paper. They paraded around the academy to show us what they did. It was really neat and they felt pretty special.
So all in all it was another great week at A+ Children's Academy. The kids had a lot of fun. We even got to get outside a few times. Spring must come soon so we can get outside even more.

Monday Jan 19th
Yesterday at A+ Plus Children's Academy we enjoyed doing all sorts of great things with the kids. The seedlings and sprouts were able to be with each other and enjoy reading books together. They also enjoyed playing with each other on the floor with some fun toys. Some of the younger kids are working on sitting up while the older ones are starting to stand on they're own and attempt to start walking.
The Pinecones and Twigs manipulated zip lock bags of paint for color mixing. They had a blast. The Pinecones worked on their shape collage and are enjoying time with their friends.
The Twigs got to look at Miss Weichman's hamster she brought in for the day. The class is also trying to figure out what they may want for a class pet. Some of the younger kids have a fish as they're class pet. We love our animals here at A+ Plus Children's Academy.
We cant wait to see what tomorrow will bring.
